"Across the United States and around the world, populations are aging rapidly. In 2024, the U.S. had more than 61.5 million adults over age 65, and that number will continue to rise as the baby boomer generation continues to age.
At the same time, demand for aging services is growing faster than the workforce that supports them, and the urgency to address this challenge is clear.
This reality forces the industry to ask an important question: How can we do more for residents with the teams and resources we have? The answer is not simply working harder. It is working together.
