The iN2L Engagement System stimulates memory care residents in an honorable manner. With clinically backed programs the content is not simplified, nor does it condescend to the residents because of their memory challenges. Instead, the programs challenge and stimulate residents, fostering an excitement to learn and often awakening parts of their personalities that may have otherwise been dormant.

The use of iN2L content allows Carillon staff to devote more time to the residents, removing the need for labor-intensive tasks like making copies and searching websites for engaging content. Additionally, the quality of care the staff is able to provide to memory residents through iN2L has propelled the Carillon community ahead of its competitors.
