Challenge

The community struggled to engage residents effectively due to the use of different programs for documentation, calendar management, and newsletter creation, leading to inefficiency and difficulty in coordinating activities and communication efforts. Managing multiple platforms for resident engagement and communication became increasingly unmanageable and time-consuming.

Solution

By introducing LifeLoop’s comprehensive software, the community could consolidate various functionalities into a unified platform, simplifying processes and making technology more accessible to both staff and residents. This integration not only streamlined operations but also enhanced resident engagement and operational efficiency by facilitating better coordination and delivery of resident services.

LifeLoop has increased the technology aspect that Mount Alverna Village desperately needed. The technology is very simple and easy to learn. This was a plus for my community. I can do so much with this program…all areas of programming are covered.
