In this Executive Edition of our #ActivitiesStrong series featuring Kelly McCarthy, VP of Engagement and Memory Care Services, and George Silvia III, Resident Engagement Director and Mentor, both from Northbridge Companies, our speakers share their personal stories of growth within the LGBTQ+ community and discussing the history and culture of the community, especially as it relates to senior living communities and resident engagement. Through their stories, they encourage respectful dialogue with the goal of enhancing our understanding of the beautiful world around us.
