Prospective families wanted to know that their loved one would be truly engaged and thrive in their new home, and that they’ll have a way to stay updated on their loved one’s activities.

The Woodlands Creek team needed tools to help them address these concerns, personalize tours, and deliver a memorable impression that followed families home.

Since implementing LifeLoop more than 10 years ago, Woodlands Creek has woven the platform not only into their operations, but into their sales and marketing process as well. From initial discovery to the day of move-in and beyond, LifeLoop provides transparency, personalization, and trust that helps close the loop for prospects—and close the deal for the team.

LifeLoop is highlighted on every tour at Woodlands Creek. Sales advisors show the app to families, demoing how they can easily track activities and communicate with their loved one through the LifeLoop app. Staff members use the Calendar Management, Designer, and Digital Signage solutions to showcase daily calendars on community TV displays, showing prospective family members and residents a slice of community life. Prospective residents are even invited to join events during tours, helping them picture what their life could look like there. 

The platform is also featured prominently in every prospect’s take-home materials, helping them absorb the community’s differentiating features and informing their decision to choose Woodlands Creek.

Being able to cite real-life examples of thriving residents and community connections makes it easier for the sales and marketing team to sell the community experience. 

We definitely use LifeLoop as a talking point and technique in our prospect tours. We like to physically show the app to families and tell them how residents are kept track of on the app which they communicate with their family members. This helps them feel reassured knowing what their loved one will be doing day to day and gains trust with us right away.

Woodlands Creek maintains a strong 90% occupancy rate and saw a 3% increase in occupancy over the past year, supported by consistent use of LifeLoop as a sales and communication tool.

Whether family members live nearby or out of state, they can log in to see what their loved one is up to, check the menus, and receive important updates via email and in-app announcements. Kathy Francis, the Office Manager at Woodlands Creek, has a 92-year-old mother who has lived in the community for 13 years. She shared:

“Since we’ve had LifeLoop implemented here at Woodlands Creek over the past 10 years, communication with the Community has been so much easier. It is also beneficial for my brother, who lives in Tennessee, to be able to see what activities our mother is attending and keep track of her schedule. Personalized experiences

During a tour at Woodlands Creek, prospective residents and their families are invited to sit down with the Senior Living Advisor so staff can get to know them as people, including their likes, dislikes, family life, and career life, and discuss what they are looking for in a community (size, cost, amenities, etc.). From there, the Life Enrichment staff use LifeLoop to personalize activities and events based on resident preferences, helping to drive participation and active engagement by delivering activities that residents actually want to attend.
