This series focuses on senior living experts and thought leaders on ways to make a difference in the lives of senior adults and the people who care for them by enhancing resident engagement, improving the staff experience, and creating stronger family connections. 

During this Executive Edition of our #ActivitiesStrong series featuring Kelly McCarthy, VP of Engagement and Memory Care Services, and George Silvia III, Resident Engagement Director and Mentor, both from Northbridge Companies, our speakers will be presenting their personal stories of growth within the LGBTQ+ community and discussing the history and culture of the community. They encourage respectful dialogue with the goal of enhancing our understanding of the beautiful world around us.
