Non-administrator: If you’re having trouble accessing LifeLoop, contact your community's administrator to ensure you’ve been properly added and invited. Access must be granted by your community before you can log in.

Frequently asked questions
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble logging into LifeLoop, go to https://lifeloopapp.com/ and select the blue question mark in the bottom right-hand corner. From there, you utilize our chat or follow guided steps to find the best solution for your login issue.

I don’t have a login. How do I get access to LifeLoop?
You must be invited by your community before you can log in to LifeLoop. Reach out to your community administrator to be added.
Once you are added, you will receive a welcome email with the subject line “Welcome to LifeLoop.” Open the email and select get started to complete your first-time login.
I didn’t receive my welcome email. What should I do?
First, check your junk or spam folder for an email with the subject line “Welcome to LifeLoop.”
If you still don’t see it, contact your community administrator to confirm you’ve been invited and request that the email be resent.
I’m a resident or a connection—how do I log in?
Residents and connections must be invited by their community before logging in.
Residents: Contact your community if you have not received a welcome email or login credentials.
Connections (family/friends): Contact your community if you have not received a welcome email.
