A 15-month research study examining the relationship between resident experience technology usage and resident length of stay within a large, multi-state senior living organization.
Led by LifeLoop Principal Researcher, Dr. Lydia Nguyen, and New Perspective VP of Innovation and Optimization, Brandon Tabbert, this study focused on evaluating the relationship between resident experience and resident length of stay (LOS), specifically measuring the impact of LifeLoop resident experience technology solutions on LOS in New Perspective communities.
Download the research study to learn how New Perspective's use of LifeLoop resulted in:
- Resident LOS increased across the board in New Perspective communities using LifeLoop, with high-usage communities recording a 172-day increase in LOS
- Greater use of LifeLoop led to a 139-day longer resident LOS compared to communities that did not integrate LifeLoop as deeply
- 75% of team members reported that LifeLoop made their jobs easier, with most saving up to 6 hours per week
