We want to hear how you use LifeLoop products (the LifeLoop platform/app, iN2L by LifeLoop, or Linked Senior by LifeLoop) to make positive impacts across your organization, including:

How it works
Who can nominate their community or organization?
Customers using any LifeLoop product (the LifeLoop platform/app, iN2L by LifeLoop content/engagement systems, or Linked Senior by LifeLoop) can nominate a specific community, or if you’re at the corporate level, you can nominate your organization. Both parent organizations and specific communities can submit nominations.

We're looking for communities and organizations that have successfully used LifeLoop to deliver a positive impact on residents, staff, and families, so the more details you can provide, the better! Please review our FAQ or contact your Customer Success Manager if you have questions or need help with your submission.
How are the winners of the Communities That Shine Awards determined?A special committee of LifeLoop employees will review all submissions and select winners. Winners will be notified directly before the public announcement, which is typically in January.

How do I nominate my community or organization?
To nominate your community or organization, please fill out the submission form before the deadline. The submission period for the 2024 awards closed 11/30/24. Please check back in January for the winners!
If I am a multi-site operator and have a portfolio of communities, can I submit one nomination for all my communities or do I have to nominate them individually?
You can do both. There are two options to choose from when filling out the form – a community submission or a multi-site operator submission:
- Community submission – I want to nominate my specific community.
- Multi-site operator submission – I want to nominate my organization on behalf of our portfolio of communities.
Specific communities can still submit a nomination if their parent organization has submitted a multi-site operator nomination.
When is the deadline for submissions?

- Please have a senior management staffer (i.e., Executive Director, Life Enrichment Director, etc.) at your community complete the submission form to help us understand how your use of LifeLoop's solutions (LifeLoop platform/app, iN2L by LifeLoop content or engagement systems, or Linked Senior by LifeLoop) has enabled your community to shine.
- Multi-site operator submission – I want to nominate my organization’s portfolio of communities.
- Please have a member of corporate management (i.e., VP Life Enrichment, VP Operations, etc.) complete the submission form to help us understand how your use of LifeLoop's solutions (LifeLoop platform/app, iN2L by LifeLoop content or engagement systems, or Linked Senior by LifeLoop) has enabled your organization’s portfolio of communities to shine.
What information will I need to provide in the submission form?
Before beginning your submission, it will be helpful to have the following information at your disposal:
- Community/organization name
- A high-resolution file of your community's logo
- Knowledge/understanding of challenges with the following areas: resident engagement, staff satisfaction, and connecting families
- Details around your community's use of LifeLoop's solutions (LifeLoop platform/app, iN2L by LifeLoop content or engagement systems, or Linked Senior by LifeLoop) to solve for the above-mentioned challenges
- Knowledge/understanding of the impact LifeLoop solutions have had on your community or organization
- Any data or testimonials to support outcomes from your use of LifeLoop's solutions

How are the winners of the Communities That Shine Awards determined?
A special committee of LifeLoop employees will review all submissions and select winners. Submissions will be evaluated based on completion of the required form fields; level of detail describing the community's or organization’s innovative use of LifeLoop's solutions (LifeLoop platform/app, iN2L by LifeLoop, or Linked Senior by LifeLoop) to enrich the lives of residents, improve staff satisfaction, and connect family members; and any outcomes data included in the submission. We're looking for communities and organizations that have successfully used LifeLoop to deliver a positive impact on residents, staff, and families, so the more details you can provide, the better!

What do communities receive for winning?
Winning communities will receive an on-site awards ceremony with a Communities That Shine trophy that can be displayed in a lobby or common area, national and local press coverage, opportunities to highlight your community/organization to the industry, a digital badge to add to their website and email signatures, recognition on the LifeLoop website and social channels throughout the year, and more!
