To be eligible for CEU credit for attending a webinar, you need to attend the full hour and complete the post-webinar CEU survey by the deadline.

The survey link is shared in the Chat module toward the end of the live webinar and in an email sent within 4-6 hours after the live event to all attendees using the email address that you registered for the event with. Please make sure that you register and attend with a unique email address and not one that is shared by multiple people in your organization. Attendees must have been present for the full hour in order to receive the survey link for CEU credit.

The email that includes the survey link comes from webinars@lifeloop.com. We suggest that you do a search in your inbox to see if you can find any correspondence linked to that email address and also save it to your Contacts for future events so they do not get marked as spam. If you still cannot find the survey within 24 hours after the webinar, please email webinars@lifeloop.com so we can verify your attendance and share the survey link with you directly.

We provide NAB, NCCAP, NCCDP, NCTRC, and/or NZSDRT CEU credits for our live webinars. We also offer a webinar attendance certificate to those who are not seeking credits but would like proof of their attendance. In order to receive a CEU certificate, you must be present for the full webinar and complete the post-webinar CEU survey by the deadline. In the survey, you will be able to choose the certificate type you need:

• NAB (if you choose this, you must include your valid NAB ID in this format: RXXXXXXX)
• NCCAP
• NCCDP
• NCTRC (if you choose this, you must answer the 3 required survey questions)
• NZSDRT
• General Webinar Certificate (non-CEU)

Certificates are sent via email on either the Friday or the Monday following the live event. Please be sure to check your spam folder in case it lands there. If you still cannot find the certificate email one week after the live webinar, please email webinars@lifeloop.com, and we can resend the email.

You can also find all your CEUs issued by LifeLoop and Linked Senior by creating an account on our certificate portal. If you've used multiple email addresses when attending or filling out CEU surveys, you will have to look under each email address.

Yes, every live webinar is recorded. The recordings are typically available on our website, along with links to the presentation when available, within 24-48 hours after the live webinar. You can find all webinar recordings on the LifeLoop website here. You can also find the most recent Activities Strong webinar recordings at the bottom of the Activities Strong webpage as well.
