LifeLoop Wrapped 2025: A year of momentum, connection, and innovation

At LifeLoop, 2025 was a year of acceleration. If in past years we jogged with a speedy gait, this year we sprinted. In a literal sense: we released three new AI products and dozens of quality-of-life enhancements that made our platform more intuitive and impactful. Figuratively, we sprinted into a season of rapid growth and clarity—sharpening our position as the proactive engagement and wellness solution for senior living and cementing our role as a trusted technology partner.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come. Join us in reflecting on the moments, milestones, and partnerships that shaped our year.

Convening to define a one-of-a-kind culture

We kicked off 2025 with LifeLoopalooza, our opportunity to gather in person and strengthen the connective tissue that makes our team exceptional. Across thought-provoking customer panels and collaborative group sessions, the energy was unmistakable. LifeLoop isn’t just a workplace—it’s a community rooted in genuine support.

Our beliefs of genuine connection, team-first mindset, excellence, and relentless improvement shape our behaviors which shape our outcomes: people who show up for one another, act with integrity, and make an impact on older adults and those who care for them. This culture doesn’t stop with us—it infuses every interaction with our customers and every experience we help cultivate for older adults.

Innovating to meet senior living’s biggest needs

This year’s offsite strengthened our foundation and sharpened our vision, setting the stage for a year of tackling senior living’s most pressing challenges. In early 2025, operators continued to face persistent staffing strain, rising resident expectations for personalization, and an influx of AI solutions that lacked practical application in senior living communities.

Grounded in these industry realities and guided by continuous customer feedback, we brought forward a product strategy designed for meaningful impact.

Our first release of the year was AI-enhanced Resident Onboarding, a solution that streamlines the interview process and transforms spoken conversations into rich resident profiles. Using simple voice input, teams can capture each resident’s story—their biography, interests, preferences—and automatically populate a detailed profile that then powers more personalized engagement.

These insights integrate directly with AI-enhanced Calendar Management, recommending activities that reflect resident interests. The result is proactive engagement that sparks joy and fosters connection while reducing administrative burden so staff can focus on meaningful interactions.

The innovation didn’t stop there. We introduced Life Story, a standardized digital approach to capturing resident background and needs, eliminating paper forms and creating a more unified experience across communities. We also released AI-enhanced Content Recommendations, pairing activity ideas with personalized, clinically-backed iN2L digital content to create dynamic, resonant programming.

Together, these solutions enable staff to deeply understand residents so that they can create personalized experiences that connect them with their purpose and with one another.

Celebrating shining customer partnerships

Our momentum this year was amplified through meaningful partnerships with forward-thinking senior living organizations.

We celebrated our collaboration with Seasons Retirement Communities at the Together We Care conference in Ontario, where we hosted an AI innovation session sharing real-world applications to improve efficiency and engagement.

The next partnership announcement was Sinceri Senior Living, who selected LifeLoop to help bridge the gap between enterprise-wide impact and deeply personalized resident experiences, adopting technology that strengthens visibility while honoring individuality.

Charter Senior Living is focusing on expanding its memory care innovation strategy, adopting LifeLoop to deliver more tailored, purpose-driven engagement for residents living with dementia.

The Bristal Assisted Living selected LifeLoop to enhance its signature resident experience, bringing forward a modern, unified platform that supports connection, programming, and communication.

And with Erickson Senior Living, we partnered to support their long-term innovation strategy and deliver a more person-centered resident experience across a growing network of communities.

These partnerships reflect more than business alignment—they reflect a shared commitment to environments where older adults feel purpose, passion, and joy.

As we celebrated new partnerships, we also celebrated the incredible creativity and impact driven by our long-standing customers. Each year, our Communities That Shine Awards highlight organizations using LifeLoop in exceptional ways. In 2024, we received over 100 submissions and recognized 12 standout communities—several of which were featured in local news for their innovative approach to resident engagement.

Award-winning research

Innovation doesn’t end at product development—it extends into evidence-based research. This year, we celebrated Dr. Lydia Nguyen, PhD, our Principal Researcher, who received a prestigious Future Leaders award from WTWH Healthcare.

Dr. Nguyen leads our efforts to measure and validate the role of technology in senior living. Her work translates day-to-day experiences into quantifiable outcomes that inform product development and strengthen the evidence base supporting person-centered engagement. By combining rigorous research with real-world data, she helps communities demonstrate ROI, support strategic decisions, and tell a more powerful story about resident and staff outcomes.

Our research efforts culminated in a groundbreaking study with New Perspective, which achieved remarkable results: a nearly six-month increase in average length of stay through comprehensive use of LifeLoop across engagement, communication, and wellness initiatives. Their holistic adoption of the platform reinforced what’s possible when technology is woven into daily operations with intention and heart.

Gearing up for even more impact in 2026

This year, we grew not just in capability but in impact. We strengthened the connections that make this work meaningful. And we clarified our vision: to power a new era of aging—where proactive engagement and wellness ignites purpose, passion, and joy.

Thank you to our customers, partners, and team members for inspiring us every day. Together, we’re building a future where engagement is more personalized, wellness is more accessible, and every older adult feels seen, supported, and celebrated.

Here’s to the year behind us—and the incredible possibilities ahead.
