Challenge

With the goal to advance their approach of providing person-centric care, the team at Anthology of Troy prioritizes what is necessary to achieve this objective: more time. Finding that time, however, and harnessing the additional effort across staff to be successful is no easy feat.

Solution

Now veteran users of the iN2L Engagement System for several years, and new users of the LifeLoop platform and app, the team at Anthology of Troy leverages a strong arsenal of technology to provide purposeful engagement and person-centric care to their residents.

We lead our community with purpose and passion to fulfill our residents’ needs and improve their quality of life. iN2L is a great tool that we utilize every day to bring fulfillment and joy to our residents and to help build a fostering culture in our community.

Results

iN2L content encourages memory care residents to engage independently and with purpose. LifeLoop and iN2L assist staff with redirecting residents by providing them with a calming experience during sundowning or other moments of anxiety or insomnia. Additionally, all the care staff are trained in how to utilize the technology for those moments when the activity team is not available.
