Challenge

In late December 2021 a catastrophic fire broke out in Louisville, Colorado, and forced thousands of Balfour residentsacross various levels of careto evacuate their homes. Providing quick and secure transportation so that residents and staff could reach safety required a strategic and precise evacuation plan

Solution

With LifeLoop, the Balfour Community Executive Directors were easily able to facilitate communication across their impacted communities in order to execute a seamless evacuation plan. Throughout the experience, staff, families, and residents were able to stay in close communication, ensuring vital procedures and updates were being communicated in real time.
