Welcome back to our Product Innovation series, where we explore how LifeLoop continues to evolve as a comprehensive senior living platform to better serve older adults and those who care for them. With our new solutions and product enhancements, our commitment to help communities flourish remains unwavering.
We hit the ground running in 2025 with the release of more AI-enhanced solutions, and the momentum hasn’t slowed since. In the last quarter, we’ve continued to introduce exciting new product innovations and enhancements, all driven by direct customer feedback and a continued commitment to supporting meaningful resident engagement and operational efficiency.
This focus on AI aligns with broader senior living trends. According to Argentum’s 2025 Technology Report, operators are prioritizing solutions that streamline workflows, personalize resident experiences, and provide actionable insights—especially through AI. Our latest updates are designed to help communities do just that, with technology that’s smarter, more connected, and more impactful than ever.
Here are our product releases and enhancements from the past three months.
AI-enhanced Content Recommendations: creating dynamic, personalized engagement experiences
Activity planning is one of the most important, but time-consuming, responsibilities for senior living staff. With the development of our AI-enhanced Calendar Management solution, we made it possible for staff to build monthly calendars in minutes using AI-powered activity recommendations tailored to resident interests.
Now, the release of AI-enhanced Content Recommendations signals a natural evolution of activity planning enhancements. Our AI-enhanced Content Recommendations sorts through over 7,000 pieces of iN2L content to find the most relevant and engaging content for scheduled activities. Integrating resident preference data and staff-generated prompts, this solution makes calendars not just easier to create, but more meaningful and personalized for every resident.
Attendance Assistant: making attendance tracking faster and smarter
Accurate attendance tracking is essential for understanding resident engagement, measuring program success, and identifying signs of social isolation. But it can be challenging for enrichment staff to balance taking attendance while also directing residents into the room, especially in memory care settings where they might require more hands-on attention.
Our new Attendance Assistant streamlines this process by allowing staff to take attendance using voice commands. Instead of scrolling through lists, staff can simply speak resident names—saving time that they can dedicate towards engaging with residents.
With more accurate engagement data, staff can also identify trends, take steps to increase participation, and support each resident’s well-being more proactively.
Data exports: unifying data for enterprise-level insights
Even though behind-the-scenes data work is often invisible, it’s essential to continuously improving resident experiences. Our new Insights data export enhancement gives operators more control over their LifeLoop data by enabling access via secure live connections to the data warehouse or automated exports.
This capability allows enterprise operators to integrate LifeLoop data with their existing business intelligence tools—enabling leaders to correlate engagement metrics with clinical and business outcomes. As organizations grow, this scalable solution ensures that the right stakeholders have access to the insights they need to drive meaningful decisions across multiple communities.
ALIS integration: streamlining operations with a new EHR integration
A large part of our product innovation strategy stems from customer feedback. Our newest EHR integration with ALIS was developed in collaboration with Sinceri Senior Living, to align with their enterprise performance goals. This integration automates data synchronization between ALIS and LifeLoop, reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistent resident information across systems.
The ALIS integration supports our broader vision of seamless technology interoperability for senior living operators.
Amazon Signage Stick: simplifying digital signage deployment
Digital signage is a powerful tool for enhancing communication in senior living communities, from sharing daily events to broadcasting announcements and meals. With our integration with Amazon Signage Stick, it’s easier than ever for communities to deploy vibrant, dynamic displays.
Purpose-built for commercial use, this integration is resilient to power outages and wi-fi outages and ensures 24/7 reliability. We’re honored to be the first senior living technology provider to bring this enterprise-grade integration to market in collaboration with Amazon.
PDF upload: expanding resident onboarding options
Personalized programming starts with knowing your residents—their life stories, interests, and preferences. Our AI-enhanced Resident Onboarding solution already allows staff to upload audio interviews or record live conversations. Now, we’ve added a third option: PDF upload.
Staff can now upload a PDF with resident interview notes or intake forms, and our AI will extract key biographical details to automatically populate the resident profile with a summary of their likes, dislikes, and background. This enhancement makes it even easier to capture and act on resident insights at scale, helping staff create more personalized experiences with less administrative lift.
Looking ahead
Every product decision we make is guided by a simple question: How can we make staff’s lives easier while empowering them to create more enriching, personalized experiences for residents?
As demonstrated by this list of product enhancements, the answer to this question often comes directly from our customers. We see ourselves not as the hero of the senior living universe, but a trusty sidekick ready to listen closely to feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver solutions that make a real difference. We’re honored to be trusted by our partners, who are the true senior living heroes: working tirelessly to ensure residents live healthy and happy lives.
