Challenge

The four senior living communities participated in a three-month pilot program of iN2L Content on LifeLoop to better engage residents in 1:1, individual, and late-night settings. Limited hardware and staff made it particularly difficult for these organizations to facilitate purposeful engagement within these settings.  

Solution

A three-month pilot of iN2L Content on LifeLoop transformed engagement with residents at each senior living community. From saved time for staff by supporting residents across different levels of care, to newly engaged residents who had previously been technology-resistant, iN2L Content on LifeLoop proved to be an excellent tool in helping communities further enrich their engagement activities and provide a genuine sense of delight to residents.

Results

The pilot organizations were successful in increasing independent resident engagement through iN2L Content on LifeLoop. Of particular note was the benefit that iN2L Content on LifeLoop had on diversional programming and resident well-being, providing residents with recreational activities that improve their standards of living. 

Moreover, a consistent result across all pilot communities was a staff empowered to increase efficiency and create personalized care plans to expand their impact within their communities. 

The technology allows us to point our staff to one location. It frees them up so that they have time to get to their other things.
