Outcomes with LifeLoop
  • Person-centered engagement
  • Engagement made accessible to the entire community
Challenge

The care team at Westmont at San Miquel Ranchhome to a Navigator Memory Enrichment Programaims to provide a custom-tailored wellness program to residents at various levels and capabilities. Through a holistic wellness approach, they work to enrich the experience of both residents and their families.

Solution

To create person-centered engagement across all levels of memory care, the team at Westmont relies on the LifeLoop platform and iN2L content. Regardless of cognitive ability, iN2L content is easily tailored for any resident and LifeLoop enables the interactive sharing of these enriching experiences with families.

In 2022, when families were able to reunite after the pandemic, there was an increased demand to not only maintain greater contact but to also increase the ways in which they felt connected to their loved one. Having technology such as iN2L + LifeLoop, we had the tools to give families the peace of mind that they were seeking. And, to show how much fun we were having along the way.
