What devices is this feature compatible with?
Available via the LifeLoop web portal and app, this feature can be used on any mobile device, tablet, laptop or desktop computer (although we recommend using Google Chrome when accessing LifeLoop via web browser).
Can photos or other documents be attached to work requests?
Yes; we encourage users to attach photos and other documents to help clarify exactly what needs to be done with any request.
Can we turn off this feature for residents and family members?
Yes. Each community has the option to choose whether or not to make this feature available to residents and family members.
How many staff members can have access to LifeLoop?
Communities can provide an unlimited number of staff members with access to LifeLoop, at no additional charge.
Can anyone create work requests?
Residents and family members can create work requests if your community chooses to allow it. Staff members can always create work requests, although administrators must first grant permission for each individual.
Who has the capability to manage work requests?
The staff member that you designate as administrator will have the ability to determine which staff members can create work requests.
Who gets notified of new work requests?
The staff member assigned to the request will be notified, and the creator of the request will be notified with any changes to the status of the request.
Can preventative maintenance be scheduled in LifeLoop?
Yes! Preventative maintenance and future requests are encouraged, and can be easily entered and scheduled in LifeLoop.
